The kitchen comes fully equipped including a dishwasher and there is additional seating for 4 at the bar. Located just off the hall is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. <br /><br />
The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and 32-inch flat-screen TV and has access to the balcony. The attached master bathroom has a dual sink vanity with granite counters, a large walk-in closet, and a tub/shower combo. The other two bedrooms are located off the entry hall and share the 2nd full bath which also has a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed and a 22-inch flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds and a 22-inch flat-screen TV. All bedrooms have plush carpeting and bathrooms are tiled.<br /><br />
This luxury condo is the perfect setting from which to enjoy a Tybee Island vacation. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 covered parking spaces in the garage for regular size vehicles. One additional space in building parking lot.<br /><br />
