This home has a shared entryway and shared front porch from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Forsyth Park. Note: Fireplaces are sealed and non-working, but they add to the ambiance. No off-street parking is available. This surrounding neighborhood offers free street parking. In order to access the Master bedroom (with the King bed), you must pass through the 2 Double bedrooms. This home is separated from the park by Drayton Street which is a well-traveled one-way road with a speed limit of 35, there may be street noise.

Guests can walk or bike to many nearby amenities including Forsyth Park: Many events are held at the park throughout the year. It is a great choice for picnics, outdoor sports, walking, and jogging. Just across the street are the free tennis courts! This is also where you will find the famous Forsyth fountain and is a popular spot for weddings in Savannah. Also, the Forsyth Farmer’s Market is a great early Saturday morning event to attend.
