Welcome to your home away from home. You will be "Just Getting Tanner" in this beachfront home overlooking Tybee's North Beach with beautiful, natural dunes. This vacation home is the perfect place to celebrate the beauty and tranquility of Tybee Island in a perfect, family-friendly location.

The welcoming double stairway leads to the beautiful glass door entryway. Guests will immediately feel a sense of relaxation as they walk through the front door and are drawn to the view of the Savannah River. Watch ships pass by the home from the comfortably decorated living room. The main living room has a large flat screen TV and a decorative fireplace. There is ample seating between the living room and the bonus den area located off of the kitchen which also includes a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is beautifully equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation meals come to life. This fantastic open space with combined den, kitchen, and dining area and will certainly be the hub of activity while entertaining. There is a breakfast bar with counter seating for 4, as well as a dining table that sits 6-8 people which overlooks the beach. Just past the dining area is the access to the outdoor covered balcony. Take shelter from the weather, and still enjoy the serenity of the bay just below. The balcony is a private space, accessible only from inside the home and also includes a gas grill for cookouts, table seating for 4, as well as lounge seating.

The main level also includes a guest bedroom as well as a second master bedroom. The second master bedroom has a King size bed, view of the beach, and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a King size bed. There is also a full bathroom just in the hallway and a separate large laundry room for guest use on this level.

The master suite is located on the top level of the home. At the top of the stairs is access to the upstairs balcony with seating for two and a gorgeous view overlooking the bay. The spacious bedroom has a King size four-poster bed, and a flat-screen TV and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Accessible through the master bedroom is an additional small study that is furnished with a daybed with a trundle, to accommodate up to 2 additional guests.

The ground level of the home is a perfect space for the younger generation to relax and hang out. The detached downstairs bedroom is accessible through a door in the garage, which is conveniently located right next to the door to the stairs that lead to the main level. The large room has 4 camp-style twin beds, a small cafe table with seating for 4, perfect for playing hours of board games together. There is a flat-screen TV, and toys and books for entertaining the kids. This room is cooled in the warmer months by a portable air conditioning unit. It does not have heat for cooler months. (Heaters are not provided.) A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is available on this level, but not attached to the bedroom. This bath is perfect for guests staying downstairs as well as showering after a day at the beach! Another great bonus to the home with the full-size second refrigerator located in the garage.

The beach access is shared with the other houses on the lane and is located right next door to the home, so you truly just step away. The wooden boardwalk leads over the dunes to the quiet beaches of the north end of Tybee. The beach area on the North end is a very natural beach setting, tranquil and serene. This is where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. A soft sand path will lead you to the beautiful white sand beach. Spend your days watching large ships travel up the channel, watch birds galore, and glimpse dolphins at play in their natural environment.

This home offers in-home WIFI and parking for up to 5 vehicles. Located in the driveway is an open hot and cold outdoor shower as well, which is also perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is a Queen inflatable bed available for extra sleeping capacity upstairs.
