Main Home (1107): 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, Sleeps 12, 3,360 square feet
This home is situated on one of the largest single beach-front lots on Tybee Island replete with beautifully landscaped and lush grounds, swimming pool and private North beach access. This 5-star vacation home has been professionally decorated with a mix of comfortable furnishings, antiques and extra amenities that will inspire a relaxing island vacation. Unwind in the casual luxury of this estate by enjoying dolphin watching from the large furnished porches, napping in the hammocks, lounging by the pool, meditating in the bamboo garden or working out in the fitness room.

The spacious kitchen is open to the dining area with a view of the water and features Viking and Subzero stainless appliances, perfect for gourmet cooks. Features on the main level of the home include an open 2-story great room with wonderful views, custom well-appointed kitchen, large dining area seating 10 with breakfast bar seating for 4, powder room, laundry room/pantry off of the kitchen and hardwood floors throughout. Also on the main level is the Master suite (King), master bath with 2 pedestal sinks and a separate shower, plus sitting room with claw foot tub. Features on the top floor include 3 beautiful guest bedrooms (#1: Queen / #2: Double+Twin Bunk and Twin with Trundle / #3: 2 Twins), sitting room with Queen sleeper sofa, TV and desk area, hall bath with 2 separate sink areas and deep soaking tub with shower, and a screened porch with wonderful views of the water.

This immaculate vacation home is located directly next door to the estate and with private gate access from the backyard onto the estate grounds. The home has been professionally decorated with comfortable, light and airy décor, and offers a perfect setting for a serene island vacation. The main level of the home has a gorgeous custom kitchen that is open to the great room with beautiful hardwood floors and tall high ceilings. Your attention is drawn to the decorative fireplace with mounted TV above. The living area includes a plush sofa that opens to a Queen size sleeper if needed. The large dining table has plenty of seating for up to 8. Just off the living area is an attached balcony with outdoor seating and a dining table. You will find all you will need in the fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and bar seating for 4.

Also on the first floor is the first guest bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with a King size bed with a flat-screen TV. The attached full bathroom is also accessible through the hallway. The second floor of this beautiful home includes the gorgeous main Master bedroom suite. This large room is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom opens to a beautiful covered porch that has pristine views of the bay. The Master bath has a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower, and custom his/her sinks. The third bedroom is on this level and is furnished with a Queen size bed and a full bath also with a Jacuzzi tub. There is a daybed in the hall connecting these two suites for additional sleeping options.

The ground level of the home is a great entertaining space with a flat-screen TV, entertainment stereo, Ping-Pong table, games, books, and beach toys. Bay Hideaway is truly one of a kind Tybee estate that is a truly luxurious experience for guests looking to escape and unwind. Parking for a maximum of 14 vehicles, 8 at the main home and 6 at the second home. This property does not allow pets. Please Note: Weddings and/or special events are strictly prohibited at this property. Maximum occupancy is 22 guests, including day visitors. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Minimum $1250 refundable Security Deposit is required to reserve this property along with a $75 non-refundable security deposit inspection fee. These costs are included in your quote.
