• Aqua Lani is situated in convenient proximity to The Shops At Wailea. The Beach Villas are set in the heart of an acclaimed world-class resort. Guests should expect a slight mix of ambient living sounds. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation. We find Aqua Lani to be remarkably quiet, peaceful, tranquil and overall vastly superior to staying in any nearby hotel/resort. The overall experience is that of a serene peaceful environment. Adjacent resort hotels in Wailea occasionally produce open-air entertainments or events such as luaus or corporate parties, which may include fireworks or musical performances which may be visible and/or audible within Wailea Beach Villas.
• Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.
• You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel.
